Job Description
  1. Fluency in English is essential for this position. Candidates who cannot understand or speak English fluently should refrain from applying.
  2. We prefer candidates who demonstrate a strong intellectual capacity and possess a good IQ.We are seeking highly intelligent and talented candidates who can excel in their roles.
  3. While it is not mandatory, candidates who have achieved a minimum score of 60% in both their 10th and 12th standard examinations, or a minimum of 80% in either the 10th or 12th standard examination, are given preferential consideration.
  4. Proven track record as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the IT industry.
  5. Strong technical understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical clients effectively.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate within the team.
  7. Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong work ethic.
  8. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
  9. A bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
  10. Only experienced candidates with a minimum experience of 3 years as Sales Executive (or similar) are preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies for our IT products and services to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with the sales team and management to identify market trends and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Identify and research potential clients in the target market through various channels, such as cold-calling, networking, referrals, attending industry events, and utilizing online platforms.
  3. Gain an in-depth understanding of our IT products and services, their features, functionalities, and benefits. Be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients and showcase how our solutions meet their business needs.
  4. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their unique requirements, providing tailored IT solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  5. Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our IT solutions to potential clients.
  6. Skillfully negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients, ensuring that both parties interests are met.
  7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, sales calls, closed deals, and customer interactions. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager or senior management.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest IT industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. Use this knowledge to identify new opportunities and fine-tune sales strategies.
  9. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide feedback to improve our offerings.
  10. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
