Job Description- Experience in Utility Maintenance is Must
Supervision / responsible for operation maintenance of Boiler, - Hot water generator, Air / water cooled water glycol chiller,
- Dx type cooling cabinet / system, cooling tower, water
treatment plant, air compressor, air dryer, RO water plant, Hot
water system, Effluent treatment plant. - To ensure smooth and efficient operation of utilities and
uninterrupted supply of utility services. - To coordinate with production and engineering team for day-to-
day routine maintenance. - To ensure safe operation of plant in environment friendly
manner. - To ensure operation of plant within the limit of operating
parameters. - Operation of utility equipment s including start up, shut down
handling of emergency situation - Attending equipment service Engineer.
- Taking Fuel, chemical, spares stock.
- Issuing safety work permit to vendor for utility work.
- Supervision for preventive maintenance work as per SAP
system. - Implementation energy conservation related jobs.
- Taking equipment performance trail parameters as per
requirements. - Checking measurements of modification work.
