- Identifying, assessing, and securing business opportunities.
- Cold Calling, setting up appointments, and meetings with the sales managers for lead Generation.
- Should have sound knowledge of IT Technologies

- Should be willing to travel for meetings (If required).

- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to learn and be creative within the role.
- Identify key buying centers to expand the net new client base
- Leverage key best practices to drive and successfully generate new business opportunities
- Build and effectively manage a list of new clients to drive business development.
- Collaborate with internal resources and external networks to prioritize and penetrate key accounts.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar role working with clients/processes in the United States.
- Experience in handling Cold Calls and Lead Generation.
- Experience in searching and identifying appropriate leads via LinkedIn, Google, etc.
- Ability to negotiate with clients.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Location: Have to be in our Coimbatore Office for initial 1 to 3 months for KT / Hybrid / Remote
