Job Description- knowledge of handling CNC Machines , Cold Forging
- Press Shop Machines
- SPM Machines ( Machining & Assembly )
- Should be able to handle Multi spindle Machines ( Davenport & Wickman )
- Utilities
- Shift handling , root cause analysis
- Problem solving in both electrical & mechanical
- Spares planning
- Road map for reduction in breakdown trend
- Involvement in Kaizen , JH , 5s, TPM, Safety , Continual improvement.
- IATF 16949 activities , EMS , Record maintaining.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have a experience min 4 years as a ITI fitter in a Manufacturing company.
