Title: Business Development Executive
Domain: US Staffing
Responsibilities:
Responsible for complete sales cycle from qualifying a prospect to collections
Talking to the supplier diversity, sourcing, and procurement folks of the targeted firms to understand their staffing program and to get the upcoming RFP/RFI/RFQs
Experience in handling RFQ/RFI/RFP
Involved in Market Research, Cold Calling, and Lead generation activities.
Planning & implementing sales promotional strategies, participating in international seminars (Online/ web) for business development.
Talking with Key decision-makers about our staffing expertise.
Follow up with the targeted companies until we close the deal.
Experience becoming a tier- 1 staffing vendor to Fortune 1000 clients
Good understanding of MSP (Managed Service Provider) business
Good understanding of VMS (Vendor Managed Systems) business
The understanding procurement process for staffing for all client
Looking for an experienced person – someone who has been doing this for at least 1+ years
