Roles and Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Understand the project tasks thoroughly by collecting all related inputs
• Create a task break up and plan for the timely delivery of the tasks assigned
• Record the work details in the required trackers and TMS
• Utilize the allocated IT infrastructure to produce effective billable efforts
• Set self targets and strive to achieve them in tandem with the team goals
• Raise technical queries and RFI which arises time to time in an ongoing project
• Learn from the team members and peers and raise requests for required trainings
• Understand the project requirements and customer expectations from the project data and

discussions with the peers and team members

• Record the new learning from the projects and present it in various forums

Secondary Responsibilities

• Track and Monitor the performance, attendance and work trends of self
• Keep the mentor / lead updated with a summary of the work progress / completion
