Job Description

Immediate hiring and joining at our Marketing offices as we have an urgent job opening for sales representatives.

Key responsibilities are handling customer queries, offering advice and introducing new products in the market as per Area Sales Manager instructions.

Help with Marketing Plans, Advertising, Direct Advertising and Campaigns.

Ensuring that all customers receive excellent service through direct salesmanship and prompt and courteous service.

Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding the visibility of the product, performance of the product and the type of walk-in customers.

This position will help the individual to increase their skills in manpower handling, negotiation on price, a better understanding of sales, to handle potential territory in a supervisory role as a Sales Executive Responsible to achieve sales targets by closing deals.



Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent communication skills -Candidates with 0-2 years of experience in sales.

We are hiring energetic and enthusiastic people for our residential real estate sales team.

Must be an enthusiast with a flair for sales.

Tenacious and pro-active approach to sales with an ability to close sales; Excellent customer service skills. Business development initiative; Ability to pitch the real estate of the organisation clearly and in an attractive way to the clients; Ability to take business development initiatives;. Willingness to learn and commitment to personal development. Basic Computer Skills (Word, Excel);. Demonstrable ability to handle crises. Ability to conduct precise Google searches and familiarity with how Google searches work. Curious nature and interest in exploring various destinations globally and building experience in planning itineraries in new destinations.


Good Communication Skills(Oral and written), Task and time management skills, Ability to work under pressure, and Knowledge of the Real Estate Market.

A candidate with minimum graduation in any relevant stream.

Ability to effectively work with a diverse group of individuals at all organizational levels. An effective telesales representative must have excellent communication and superior people skills.

They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with customers.

Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

Excellent knowledge of English & Tamil must (other languages Added advantage)
