Job Description:

Kovaion is looking for a qualified business development executive to extend our global reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities. The person will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company vision.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
• New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions
• Contact potential prospects over the phone to propose workflow in Emerging Market/ New Kovaion Vertical
• Maintain good knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company and build good rapport with prospective clients.
• Responsible for arranging meetings for senior management with prospective clients
• Responsible for hosting Marketing Campaigns like Webinar & Events
• To build and maintain a healthy pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly lead targets
• Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
• Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation

Skill Set Required:

• Bachelors or MBA in Marketing, Business administration, or similar.
• Candidate interested in pursuing Career options in Sales, Marketing & Business Development
• Must have excellent Spoken & written communication skills in English to handle Domestic & International clients
• Must have Knowledge in MS-OFFICE (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and Internet (Research)
• Willingness to travel as per the Business requirements
