Should have understanding of SLA and KPI
VBA Scripting / Macros / SAP Scripting
• Strong knowledge on Lookups (FOR, IF, DOWHILE, DOUNTILL)
• Strong knowledge in Array concept, sub routing procedure and Excel VBA Code functions.
• Good have exposure on connecting with outlook, MS access, Excel and other reporting applications
• Should have knowledge on VBA WEB Scrapping, SAP Scripting and shell Scripting.
• Strong Knowledge on Excel VBA code to design the tools/applications
MISReporting
- Extract raw files from various data repositories, split and post the files on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Prepare scorecards and dashboards
- Responsible for reporting/analysis completion, delivery & meeting the metrics
- Create and publish reports on the reporting interface as per business specifications
- Automate repetitive reports using Excel Macros and MS Access
- Develop appropriate methodologies for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data.
- Efficient management of Generic Mail Box for Command Center and timely resolution of requests & queries
- Preparation, validation and periodic update of process documents (DTPs) as and when required
- Any ad-hoc reporting requests being received from business
- The role holder must comply with all the Quality Management System (QMS), Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements and guidelines of the organization
